How long do I have to return?

You have 30 days from delivery to start a return or exchange on eligible pieces.

What condition is required?

Items must be unworn, in original condition and packaging, with any certificates included.

Are engraved pieces returnable?

Engraved and made-to-order pieces are final sale and cannot be returned.

How do refunds work?

Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds go back to the original payment method.
