The rules that apply when you use Gavieli, place an order, or use our shopping tools.
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) form a binding agreement between you and Gavieli (“we”, “us”, or “our”), operated by Gabriel Mouawad, governing your access to https://www.gavieli.com and any purchase of products or use of related services (including our AI shopping concierge).
By browsing the site, creating an account, or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the site or place an order.
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live) to place an order. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for activity under your account. Provide accurate information and update it when it changes.
We may refuse service, close accounts, or cancel orders if we reasonably suspect fraud, abuse, or a violation of these Terms.
We sell fine gold and diamond jewelry. Product photos, dimensions, and descriptions are provided carefully, but slight variations in finish, stone character, or handcrafted detail can occur. Colors may appear differently depending on your screen.
Availability is not guaranteed until your order is confirmed. We may limit quantities and discontinue pieces without notice.
Prices are based primarily on metal weight and karat against current gold spot rates, plus craftsmanship (making) charges and our margin. Displayed prices may update as metal markets move. The price shown at checkout when you complete payment is the price you pay for that order, unless we discover an obvious pricing error.
You may view prices in several currencies for convenience. Settlement and charges may still process in a base currency (typically USD) through our payment providers; your bank or card issuer may apply their own conversion fees.
If a product is listed at an incorrect price due to a clear error, we may cancel the order and refund any amount charged. Taxes, duties, and shipping fees (if any) are shown at checkout where we can calculate them.
Placing an order is an offer to buy. We accept payment via Tap Payments and/or PayPal (and any methods those providers enable, such as major cards or digital wallets). Payment is processed by those providers under their terms; we do not store full card numbers on our servers.
An order is confirmed when we send confirmation (usually by email) and payment succeeds. We may decline or cancel an order for reasons including suspected fraud, payment failure, stock issues, or pricing errors. If we cancel after payment, we will refund the amount paid for the cancelled items.
Engraving text and other customization you provide are your responsibility. Please check spelling carefully before confirming. Engraved, personalized, and made-to-order pieces are generally final sale and not eligible for return or exchange, except where required by law or if the piece arrives damaged or defective.
We ship worldwide, typically fully insured and tracked. Estimated timeframes (for example standard 5–9 business days or express 2–4 business days) are targets, not guarantees, and may vary with customs, carrier delays, or local conditions.
Risk of loss passes to you when the carrier delivers to the address you provided (or according to the shipping terms shown at checkout). You are responsible for providing a complete, accurate shipping address and for any local duties or taxes not collected at checkout. See our Shipping page for current rates and policies.
Eligible unworn items in original condition and packaging may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Engraved and made-to-order pieces are final sale as noted above. Eligible rings may be exchanged for a different size subject to availability.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method after we receive and inspect the return. Start a return from your account or contact us as described on our Returns & Exchanges page. Nothing in this section limits non-waivable consumer rights in your jurisdiction.
Our pieces are solid gold (as labeled by karat) and sold with the authenticity and quality standards we describe on the site. We stand behind craftsmanship defects arising under normal wear. Warranty does not cover damage from misuse, accidents, unauthorized repairs, resizing by third parties, or normal wear and tear of finishes.

The Gavieli AI concierge offers sizing tips, product guidance, and optional photo-based try-on or sizing assistance. Outputs are informational only and may be inaccurate. They are not professional jewelry appraisal, medical advice, or a guarantee of fit. Always confirm ring size and product details before ordering when fit is critical.
Do not upload unlawful content or images of people without permission. We may suspend access to the assistant for abuse or misuse.
All site content — including the Gavieli name, logos, monogram, patterns, product photography, text, and design — is owned by us or our licensors and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, scrape, republish, or commercially exploit our content without prior written permission, except for personal, non-commercial browsing and ordering.

The site and services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation, or that AI outputs will meet your expectations. Product warranties in section 9 apply to physical goods as stated there.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Gavieli and Gabriel Mouawad are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, arising from your use of the site or any purchase. Our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid us for that order.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in those places, our liability is limited to the fullest extent allowed by law.
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your misuse of the site, your breach of these Terms, or content you submit (including engraving text and uploaded photos), except to the extent caused by our willful misconduct.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Lebanon, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where mandatory consumer protection laws in your country of residence require otherwise. Courts in Lebanon have jurisdiction over disputes, subject to those mandatory rights.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date will change when we do. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the revised Terms. For material changes affecting existing orders, the Terms in effect when you placed the order generally apply to that order.
